I recently interned for a woman named Erica who is a local, organic farmer. She gave me the opportunity to host a plant-based & zero-waste mock wedding at her garden! This wedding is just to showcase what the future of eco-conscious consumer holds. All the bouquets and crowns were made by Erica with roses and herbs straight from the garden. The dishes were made with fruits and vegetables from the garden, and I made zero-waste desserts from foods from the bulk section! The decorations were thrifted, borrowed, or made by me (all photos by @Sway.Photos).
